it is apple time

I found this amazing recipe for caramel apple jam and couldn't wait to try it. Making jelly and jam is a big part of my past on the farm but without children around to help eat it any more, well, why bother. But this year my friend suggested we add homemade jams and jellies to our bake sale table at the annual bazaar. Soooo this is my sample test. It is just too good. Apple is my favorite dessert flavor and this will make a pancake, biscuit, toast, ice cream taste like a special dessert. I plan on sharing this - not to worry, I won't eat all of it for lunch today.
Now I have to rest but it was worth the effort.
