I enjoy my children's bithdays; it gives me a reason to rethink, remember the day and way that they came into my life. This is Charlotte Eileen - big name for a little girl. She is named for her great grandmother Charlotte and an older friend Eileen who saw something good in me when I was just a rotten kid.
Today Charlotte has a birthday and I am celebrating the joy that she was and is to me. May I say, without pride or prejudice, that she is not only beautiful but intelligent and creative. She speaks spanish as a second language, can play piano, flute, and harp (if she had time) and is a wonderful mother to two great sons. She works full time as a pharmacutical rep and still does a good job of taking care of her family. I could go on but you might reward me with ramblings about your children in the future.
Happy, happy birthday to daughter number one.
