This morning I was awed by the beauty of nature present in our backyard; a carpet of yellow and green leaves had been installed while I slept. I invited my husband to take a look and he groaned seeing only that the chore he likes least was now upon him.. For me the sight was poetic art; to John it was horror. This is so typical of us very human beings, each viewing life and its happenings with very different eyes and mostly not appreciating another's point of view. I am guilty and need reminders to be more tolerant. There is always a reason why someone has a varied spiritual, political or artistic value. Jesus said to love one another and that just about covers it. Oh yes, and I like raking leaves too. Odd I know.
