I am back from an amazing weekend in south-east Indiana. The event was a retreat for twelve people and my function was to speak from the Bible and spend one-on-one time with those who have questions concerning their spiritual growth. Some stories I heard recounted would make good soap opera material. Changed lives by the power of God and the blood of Jesus continue to be the biggest miracles.
We stayed in a private vacation home of one of the couples. It was big, beautiful and scenic. Located on the Ohio river with a view of the Kentucy hills on the other side. The time there ,sharing around the table for hours at a time and eating gourmet food, ruined me for the ordinary.
Today I will do laundry, cook and reminisce.
