Last week my thoughtful niece Debbie drove my sisters and I the the orchard to gather our stash of apples for the season. What fun and how wonderdul the eating. I love apple pie, as you know, chunky applesauce, apple crisp, fresh apple cake and just plain thin slices of apple. The basement fridge is full but they won't last long enough. YUM YUM!!!!!
