Not a word about snow, I promise. But the cold now that's a different story. ZERO, BURRRRRRR. Hans and I decided today that when his treatments are finished we are out of here for a vacation. Of course that won't be until April -- oh, oh we forgot about the follow-up chemo. Ok, we WILL find a way. Now for my real gripe today. My cancer searchs online have been very informative but I started getting spam mail. Blocking the sender doesn't take a lot of time but yesterday I reached my limit with 53 unwelcome pieces of junk mail. Viagra, lets' get acquainted, etc. You know what I mean. So if this continues you will be hearing about a new web address for me. (not sure if that will help) I asked my computer genius nephew about this and he said it is very hard to deal with. By the way I do have a Norton protection plan.
Any suggestions for me besides putting my computer out of its misery.
Get an address on Yahoo or some other free email site. Call this your spam address. Use this for anywhere you access online that asks for your email address. NEVER use your ISP email address online unless you know the ones you are giving it too. I did this when I got my first PC in 1997 (Yahoo email addy) and it has served me well.
