plants

My dad had the proverbial green thumb; I didn't inherit that trait.   Yesterday I discarded a plant that was lovely only a few weeks ago.  Instead of dampening its roots I drowned them.    However there is hope for me and my plants.   Grow them in water.    I have three kinds going  and as long as I add a bit of water from time to time they take care of themselves.    Another plus to this practice is that no one has to come in and water while we are away.   If you like plants but can't be bothered with the time and patience it takes to grow them correctly, try water plants.     Works for me.
