another party
Today the senior women's group of our church had their Christmas brunch at our house. We had a great time with food, fellowship, games, gifts and laughter. Being old doesn't mean retirement from life. These women came out on a fridgid day that still bore the remants of a recent snowfall. They didn't hesitate to get into the spirit of the season. Thanks friends for making this day so special for me. It brings back memories of when my four siblings and their children would gather at our farm for a day of feasting and fun. I am thankful for the old memories and the ability to make new ones.
