explanations

The photo that assulted your face when you opened this blog today was not intended for that space and definitely not in 8x10 format. My computer skills are about equal with those of my preschool grandsons. However, I am not easily defeated, I will find a way to get said picture to where it belongs. In the meantime enjoy the grand rememberance of our wedding in 1958. A more recent snap will reveal that we haven't changed much, well not too much:}

I did it again - locked the keys in the car. Of course I had to have hubby with me, yah, yah, you know the routine. Fortunately we were only a few blocks from home so I sent the big man back into the coffee shop while I made the short trek to the house, slipped thru the garden gate ( which is hooked on the inside just about out of my reach) and retrieved
the spare key to the house from its secret hiding place. The walk was cold and I didn't have a hat to protect my ears from the wind so I drove the husband's treasured pickup back with the extra keys in my pocket.
There was no opportunity for further conversation since we were riding in separate vehicles.
I headed for the pharmacy drive thru only to be shocked by the outrageous price of 30 tiny pills. This day will only get better as it moves along. I am NOT compaining just explaining as I smile.

  1. I think that is a wonderful picture and that you should leave it just where it is. I was married in 1955. As I said before, I love old pictures and I have scanned hundreds from old albums into my computer. Then I save them to DVDs.
